Is anyone else seeing their apps stuck on 'approved' status (not yet live)?

I submitted some metadata changes last week for some games - description, keyword updates etc. but the status has been stuck on 'approved' for about 3 days now so the changes are not 'live'. usually it changes to 'live' within a few hours. anyone else seeing this problem? thanks all Martin

Yeah, we've been stuck on "approved" since a week ago Tuesday, so ten days now. Used the Contact Us form to submit an inquiry as to whether there was anything outstanding needed from our end this Tuesday but am yet to receive a response.

I sent a support email and my games are now live, was stuck for about 3 days. But I now have another game now which has been stuck on 'approved' for about a day, usually it switches to 'live' in a few hours. Also, I just submitted some new metadata for another game but the status is not switching to 'approved', just staying on 'live', so the new changes aren't being applied. Sujoy, can anyone at amazon get back to us? Are there some technical issues / changes happening on your side which is causing the slow down? We just released a new halloween focussed zombie game and I need to update to metadata and change the icon to a halloween icon asap. Thanks Martin

Hmm... not exactly a great introduction to Amazon's services as a distributor - our game has been sitting in "approved" status for 14 days now but has yet to go live; I've been waiting for a response to my support request for a week now; this thread appears to have been ignored by the otherwise active Amazon staff on the forum... What gives guys?

Same here! PC Apps "Approved" status but i think it is live on Amazon ... no "Live" status in the developer dashboard.
