Rare JMDNS crash

java.lang.NullPointerException at com.amazon.whisperlink.jmdns.impl.DNSRecord$Address.sameValue(DNSRecord.java:302) at com.amazon.whisperlink.jmdns.impl.JmDNSImpl.handleRecord(JmDNSImpl.java:1438) at com.amazon.whisperlink.jmdns.impl.JmDNSImpl.handleResponse(JmDNSImpl.java:1496) at com.amazon.whisperlink.jmdns.impl.SocketListener.run(SocketListener.java:64) Only 2 distinct reports of this exception, thus really rare. Probably a broken MDNS device.

Hi Bubblesoft, Thanks for reporting this issue. It happens in a rare case when broken MDNS device info comes in. We will address this edge case in the next release. Thanks!
