Fling for Windows?

Currently there are just Fling SDKs for Android and iOS. Are there any plans to provide a SDK for Windows (Phone), i.e. as portable class library that can be used in Win8/WinPhone8.1/Win10? I do not really expect this to happen... but is there at least some protocol specification which would allow writing my own Fling controller in .NET? Currently my app for Windows Phone and Windows 10 supports Chromecast only - there is also no SDK for Chromecast, but there is enough sources to write your own sender app. I'd love to integrate Fire TV / Fling into my app, but I have no clue how to achieve this within a .NET app.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your interest in the Amazon Fling SDK, however Windows is not supported at this time. Your suggestions will be relayed to the development team for consideration.

Thanks for your reply, but I am not very confident such kind of SDK for Windows will be provided in the near future or at all. Well, and I guess it is not possible to get some minimal documentation on how to communicate with the FireTV? The Apache Thrift Definition files for creating the client and some bare minimum info on the correct connect-sequence once you have IP and secured and unsecured port of the device would be already helpful. But I guess providing such information would not be in Amazon's interest... what a pity ;-)
