Getting the star ratings for an app

Hi! I am working on a custom hero list widget for the Fire Phone that is supposed to show a couple of game items from the amazon app store. Currently I have a couple of ListEntry objects in a group which shows up as the should in the widget (with the VisualStyle.SHOPPING set), and manually setting the icon, name, "FREE" price, and so on. But I'm clueless how to get the stars and review count for a specific item. How should I do this? Thank you

A clarification; the default behaviour of the widget for an app does exactly what I want. Showing a couple of app store items under the "Recommended for You"-group in the widget with name,price, stars and icon. But in my case I just want to pick the apps to show by myself.

We do not have any public API exposed to provide rating and review information for Mobile Apps to be used in the third party mobile application. Thanks.
