App marked "Approved" but does not show on Amazon stores

Our app "Carlisle SynTec" was submitted to the Amazon store and now has a status of "Approved". However, we are unable to direct customers to install the app on their Amazon devices because the app is not showing in the app store. The link on the "My Apps" list in our developer account which reads "View on Amazon.com" links to a 404 page with no content. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009V0NRR8 When will the app be available for install from Kindle Fire tablets through the app store?
