App submitted with "Form factor: Tablet" but showing compatible with phones

We submitted an app recently that is compatibile with tablets only. The Android manifest correctly sets this (as shown) and we also indicated it in the submission page for "Form factor: Tablet" (from the dropdown choices of "Phone, Phone + Tablet, Tablet"). However, the app is being promoted as "compatible" with at least some phones and people are buying it and having a bad experience. Is there some way to correct this? Thanks!
