Typical availability timeframe of an app update to users?
What do we tell customers who need an update that is available according to the Amazon listing, but when they go to App Updates it does not download? [i]For example[/i]: We had an important app update released yesterday. One of our test devices (original Fire) that had previously purchased the app was updated in an hour or so. The other (Fire HD) would not update, despite repeatedly going to the App Store -> Menu -> App Updates. Eventually we forced an update on that device by uninstalling, power cycling, and then re-installing. What is the general flow for an app update, and how can we explain this to customers, and accelerate it for them without them uninstalling the app? Thx!
