We've been trying to submit an update to our app for the last few months and each time the app comes back into Pending Action state without any corresponding email to our registered email explaining the cause. We had 2 versions of the binaries - one for Kindle Fire and one for other devices. Also it seems the InApp purchases that we had submitted are in live state. We're totally confused and unable to find out the reason for the same. Any help appreciated.
