APPROVED vs LIVE?

Hello, My game, The Little Crane That Could, is available on Amazon, for both Android/Kindle and: PC. The Android/Kindle version has status 'LIVE'. The PC version just says 'APPROVED'. Has the PC version been published or not? I can view it in the store, but so far have zero sales, where as the android version has plenty of sales. What's up with that? Thanks!
