If this isn't the appropriate channel, please let me know. I've submitted 3 inquiries past 2 days but they've gone silent without any answer from Amazon. My previous experiences, even up to my last inquiry on 11/12 was very fast. No replies from Amazon since then. Is there something wrong that I'm not seeing? And yes, I've checked my spam folder as well. If any one of the Amazon moderators could look into it, it would be greatly appreciated.

Well..that's what I've been trying to past week. Attempting to reach your team via the exact same link you gave me at least 3 times with no response at all. I just tried submitting a new ticket. CaseID: 128981541. I hope someone does reply this time. I'll keep this thread updated.
Hi Sujoy, So what I did was I clicked the link on my last reply from Amazon from 8 days ago[Case 127076821] and clicked 'No, this answer did not help me' and did a follow up there. Sometime later, I get an email(finally!!) from Kris A. with
Amazon.com Vendor Services. Thankfully, Kris A. was prompt and did say that edits requested will be done by the end of this week. I did put in an account request through Vendor Services as well since they maybe able help me out in the future. I still haven't received any reply to my last inquiry[Case 128981541] from the Amazon Mobile App Distribution Support Team yet but the Vendor Services and fourm reps such as yourself are replying. Sujoy, can you at lease confirm that you guys(I'm assuming you are with the Amazon Mobile App Distribution Support Team) have received the inquiry? Is there a reason why all of sudden no replies are coming in since about a week ago? It would be greatly appreciated if you can look into it. I'll keep this thread updated. Hi Sujoy, Wanted to give you an update. The issues that I had were somewhat resolved one way or the other. But none of my recent tickets including the one you said you have confirmed that it was assigned and informed were unanswered. It is quite puzzling to see a company that provides such a superb industry leading customer service to be a complete opposite on its developers/vendors. I am guessing the situation might be different for more known and established developers/vendors. We will continue to try and attempt to work with Amazon. Thanks,
