help me find the concrete problem

my app was rejected again(rejected 3times) because violates the content guidelines,,but i still didn't know the concrete problem,,and i was told "may terminate App Distribution Program account if contains content that violates our content ",,so i can not resubmit this app for underview ,,could you help me? thanks
