Can' t submit new version

Hmm..I'm guessing it's because I now need an entry in the new Release Notes tab.

Hi Wobbles, yes that's right. To add an upcoming version of your app, you have to fill "Release Notes" tab. Thank you.

the release notes tab is grayed out for me, while all other tabs has a green checkmark, and the upcoming version is marked incomplete, so I can't submit the new version. What do I do to enable the release notes tab so I can complete and submit the upcoming version?
