Contact form doesn't work. Trying for a week. Real communication needed.
I keep using the form and takes forever to get a response. When I do get a response they don't fix the problem and the process starts all over again! There has been no change to my dashboard and I still cant change the metadata. My games are visible on
amazon.com but my dashboard still says 'APPROVED' not 'LIVE'. If my dashboard doesn't say 'LIVE' I can't change the metadata. When will I be able to change the metadata? What is the turnaround on a request like this? Is there a phone number to call to fix this?
