Can't publish apps anymore: "Directed to children under age 13" value lost

Hello together, I've got the problem, that I can't pubish apps in your new system anymore!!! I uploaded my app de.einszumanderen.abnehmtipps "Abnehm-Tipps" and can submit the app. After one day, you sent me an email, that my app is available in the store. But in den Developer Consol the app status fell back to "Pending Action" and the "Content Rating" lost the value of "Directed to children under age 13". (The green circle at the top of the topbar beside "Contetn Rating" is missing) I tried to click "Directed to children under age 13" "No" and than click "submit app" again. But after one day I got a new email, that my app is available in the store, but in the Developer Console the error is still the same. The "Directed to children under age 13" value is still lost! What can I do? Thank you and best regards

Hi Sujoy@Amazon, thank you for your answer. I send an email to the support. But the problem is still there and I can not publish any new apps. My app went back to "Under Review" and I got an "ready for sale" email. But the status fell back to "Pending Action". I tried to publish a different new app and it is nearly the same error. The app passes all review testings and Amazon sent me an "ready for sale" email. But the status went back to "Pending Action". But this app have all needed information and all circles in the menu bar at the top of the site ("General Information", "Pricing", "Description"...) are green. So all of my new apps passes the review process and I get an "app available" email, but the status falls back to "Pending Action"! Can you help me? Thank you
