Review team said they cannot find IAP on the app but we do see it on Kindle
Hi, Our app got rejected some times because the review team could not find IAP. We could not reproduce the issue. We provided a detailed instructions, and the IAP purchase buttons are on the main screen so no one would miss it. Re-submitted the app and contacted "Contact Us" many times but no good response for more than 2 weeks. Does anyone know why might be the case? Is there anything our end can do? Strange thing was that they tested our Kindle app on Galaxy... What do you think? I specified they should test on Kindle. Appreciate comments/ answers from Amazon.
