confusion on Device Compatibility problem

Hi, I submitted an App, I received an email stating: RESULTS: YOUR APP CLEARED TESTING FOR ALL TARGETED DEVICES However, on developer console, developer select, I saw: Issues App force closes with a message Devices Affected Kindle Fire HD 8.9" Kindle Fire HD 7" Android devices (e.g., HTC One, Samsung Galaxy Tab 3) I tried to use emulator on Kindle Fire HD 7", I did not see force close. I have no idea if my app has problem or not... I would like to ask Amazon staff if they can test my app again to see if " App force closes with a message" is real? Thanks!

Update: I tested with a real Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 device. No App force close.
