Can't Edit App Current Version - No Edit Button?

I have 2 Apps in my Developer Console but can only Edit 1 of them. When I click [b] > "Edit Current Version" on my older App I can not change anything because everything is grayed out[/b]. I only wish to update the desctioption & title so I don't wish to upload any new binary. Why can I not edit the current version please?

Up to 2 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 512.0 KiB each and 1.0 MiB total.

It seems you are trying to edit metadata of app when it is in APPROVED state. You can see edit button enabled only when app is live.
