Promotions

I attempted to set up a new promotion for my game yesterday, as requested in an email from Amazon, however my game isn't listed in the Apps section of the promotion form. The app is a PC download, but presumably that wouldn't affect anything. Little frustrating, as when I was asked to run the promotion I coordinated it with my other distributors so that the campaign was across all distributors and markets and those distributors are now running the promotion but it's not appearing on Amazon, making it somewhat hard to market. Have submitted beta feedback and replied to the original email (it was from an employee Amazon email address, not a "do not reply" account), but have received no response... Any thoughts?

This has nothing to do with in-app purchasing, hence my not mentioning it.

In order to reach the team that provides support on PC/Mac based app submissions, please raise a ContactUs ( https://developer.amazon.com/help/contactus.html) and be sure to select "Application Submission - PC & Mac" from the drop down. The team managing the PC & Mac based apps will respond via that channel, and does not currently monitor these forums. Thank you.
