Hello, I've still got that problem and wrote a lot of mails to the support team, but I still got no serious answer. All answers are "your app needs review" or "your app is in review" - but after that new review, I got a system email, that the app is available. But in the developer console the status falls back to "pending action" and the app is not available. I wrote a lot of mails to the support, but it seems, that the support always test one app and do not see the major bug? It always happens, when I'm uploading a app over your new developer console and it is not a problem of one app. It always happens. What can I do? Pleas help me. Thank you & best regards

Maybe this is related: https://forums.developer.amazon.com/forums/thread.jspa?threadID=2960&tstart=0 Some bot on Amazon side seems to be marking apps as pending action if they think a part of their name is a name of another app. So if you have a game "Super Chess" and someone has app "Chess" your app will have "pending action" for having "chess" in its name...
