Ad networks collecting personally identifiable information

Hi I am trying to submit my game. I have used various ad networks. My game is being rejected with the following message. "In general, we consider ad networks that collect personally identifiable information, have advertising displayed outside of an application or perform an unexpected action to be potential risks." I have used many ad networks SDKs and I am not sure which SDK is causing the problem. Any suggestions please?

In order for us to further investigate what might be flagged in your application, we do need you open a case with us so that we can be certain that we are investigating the correct application. Please login to the Amazon Developer Portal using the same credentials that you use to submit your applications and open a case via the https://developer.amazon.com/help/contactus.html link. Please include the name of your application in the contact so that we can look into the matter for you.
