No response from "Contact Us" for a week

We tried to contact Amazon support to enable developer-signed binary for our new app, but after a whole week we are yet to receive a response from the support team. Please help. The tickets are sent to the "App Submission" and "App Signature" categories in the contact us form. We need to sign the APK ourselves to support Facebook SDK. Thank you.
