We have an app being rejected for a UX decision that we disagree with. We've tried re-submitting with testing notes to explain, we've tried opening a support case, but have had no response to either and the app is just sitting there in limbo. Ironically this app has had this same UX for many many submissions and has only just been rejected for this. I'm hoping we can agree to disagree on our UX choices for our customers and move on rather than destabilize our app to try and fix the suggested (extremely trivial) edge case, but I don't know how to get past what seems to be what is now a scripted test for the app and have a person engage in a discussion. Suggestions? Thanks in advance!
