We have attempted to have our application approved for Kindle with no success. However, there was no feedback as to what part or parts of the application have prohibited our approval. How do we go about getting enough feedback so that we can change our application to meet the Kindle criteria? I have looked at all of the information and resources on the website but am no further ahead. Please provide a report that describes the reason for failure. Thanks in advance.
