Screenshot Requirments

I have reports that say "One or more screenshots are under 1280x720 pixels in resolution". All my screenshots are 800x1280. Why am I getting this feedback? Do I need to only upload landscape screenshots? In the developer console, it says they can be landscape or portrait.

Hello Thank for reporting the same issue I am seeing since last week. All my screenshot were made from either Kindle Fire HDX or Nexus 7 with screen resolution matching if not higher than it is required but the report indicates that one is not matching. This looks like a bug from Amazon but so far they don't want to acknowledge it Really sad

All, Just an update for this issue, we have identified an issue with the automatic screenshot resolution system occasionally flagging assets incorrectly. The team is working to resolve the issue, and any incorrectly flagged screenshots will be back-filled with no action needed on your part as soon as soon as the issue is rooted and resolved. We have not received a time-frame for this yet.

When I submitted my app, I received the "One or more screenshots are under 1280x720 pixels in resolution" message too! I checked the screenshots and they were highres and 1280x720. My "HD Optimized" category is still "pending."
