My App Suspended with no explanation on screen, no email sent, waiting...

What's happening Amazon? Why would you 'suspend' an App and not contact the developer email on file? Or provide any explanation in the Developer portal? Please respond to the 2 queries I've sent asking for an explanation -- if we've run afoul of a guideline, we are more than happy to address! Alternatively, if you have a phone number, we'd love to figure it out by voice. This is very frustrating! Please advise. Thanks, Mark@line2.com

Hi Mark, I confirmed that we notified you (to your registered mail id, not to the one you mentioned above) while the app was suppressed. We did replied to two of your cases and those went to also to the same address. Please check. Thanks.
