FireTV only app being tested against tablets

I have submitted an app that is designed to work ONLY on the FireTV and FireTVStick. In the metadata I only have these two options selected, everything else is disabled. During the app review, they game was tested against like 10 blackberry devices, and rejected because it didn't work. Is this common practice? If the game is designed for the FireTV and only the FireTV is enabled, why test against these other devices?
