Hello, Why our PC Software in DevConsole still appears FAILED without any detailed explanation what is going on ? Meanwhile customers globally can buy this download software from amazon.com, amazon.fr, amazon.de and amazon.co.uk This situation makes it impossible for us to view any sales reports from the dev console for this software, as is not listed in dropdown boxes of reporting module. There must be some sales as e.g. in AMAZON.COM software has "Best Sellers Rank: #425 in Software". We need to get sales figures, so that we can start linking to product order page from our websites and so that we can safely submit other apps. A month ago we got a email " This Asin submission is being catalog rejected since in the DE (German) and FR (France) marketplaces we request that the pictures are in the language of the marketplace. " BUT these wrong screenshots have been replaced ages ago with localized ones and software was re-submitted a few times.
