That message appears to only refer to the numbers displayed on the Sales Reports screens, indicating that they are not estimating the conversions between foreign currencies in order to estimate a total of sales or refunds. They will eventually calculate this based on the currency conversion rates at the time of payout and you will be paid the correct totals in the end.
