question

Hello, I've got the problem, that I can not publish new apps! I wrote a lot of mails to the support team, but I still got no serious answer. The problem starts with the new developer console. I'm submitting a new app, the review team writes an email, that my app is ready for sale, but the app status falls alway(!) back to "pending action". But all is okay and nothing can be changed in den developer console. All information circles are green and everything is okay, but the status always(!) falls back to "pending action". All answers of the support team are "your app needs review" or "your app is in review" - but after that new review, I got a system email, that the app is available. But in the developer console the status falls back to "pending action" and the app is not available. I wrote a lot of mails to the support, but it seems, that the support always test one app and do not see the major bug? It always happens, when I'm uploading an app and it is not a problem of one app. It always happens. What can I do? Pleas help me. Thank you & best regards
