Hi, Sometimes if I suspend my kindle fire HD after playing our game (in development), and then resume use of the kindle after about 15 minutes, as soon as the main screen is unlocked, we see a dialog box that says " has stopped", with an Ok button. It does not say that it "stopped unexpectedly", just "stopped". Wondering if this means our app crashed, or if it was killed by the system to free up resources, and if the latter is the case, is there a way to hide that dialog, or perhaps we need to respond to some sort of signal that we are being killed? thanks!
Hi, Thank you for your post. This might be happened in two below cases 1.)If your kindle heap memory is full up resources, then it will try to clean up the resources from the memory. Due to that reason might be your app is crashing. 2.)If you are getting a dialog box says that "Application is stopped" everytime means app is crashing on the device. Restarting of device cleanup all the resources from the memory. So Please restart the device and try to play the app. Still if you are getting the same dialog box means app is crashing on the device. Hope this information helps you.
