Missing glyph in font supplied with the Kindle HD

I use Unicode U+202f in my app, which is character to be used in French punctuation before a question mark and quotes. The glyph for this character is missing from the font on the Kindle HD and it's displayed as a question mark. The same glyph displays fine both on Google's Roboto font and the font supplied with the Nook HD devices. This is NOT specific to my app. Any app that would follow proper French punctuation would have this same issue. And since France is one of the countries where Amazon sells apps, this is doubly important.
