question mark blue box instead of a character in WebView reported

My app displays some Korean characters inside a webview and it seems to work fine on my Kindle HD and hundred has sold without problem However recently 1 US customer reported her app shows "a question mark blue box" instead of the Korean characters in all the page that use the WebView. I first suspected this is a font problem and ask her to try to goto a korean web site to see whether she has problem with the character and she has no problem display the page . So it seems she does has Korean font on her device. She has a bigger device 8" HD, however I am not sure what is the different between my HD and 8"HD.. Any suggestion what could be the cause of this? Thanks
