question

Hi All, We have a couple of crashes in the crash reports for one of our apps, including : java.lang.NullPointerException at org.apache.cordova.AudioPlayer.onPrepared(AudioPlayer.java:348) at android.media.MediaPlayer$EventHandler.handleMessage(MediaPlayer.java:1523) at android.os.Handler.dispatchMessage(Handler.java:99) at android.os.Looper.loop(Looper.java:137) at android.webkit.WebViewCore$WebCoreThread.run(WebViewCore.java:737) at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:856) On Amazon KFTT OS : 4.0.3 We have nothing to go on in terms of what has triggered this problem, and we can't recreate it despite a lot of trying. My questions are: Can anyone suggest any way to get any more info as to how to recreate it or find out what's going on? If it's simply a bug in the operating system - who should I contact about it?
