fails to find my apps in Amazon.com via non-English keywords......

I open the home web( www.amazon.com ) in my mobile(Samsung Galaxy Note 3(N9008). Key in a non-English keyword，Go to search. It fails to find my apps and shows: We're sorry. We cannot find any matches... And the keyword auto-changes into its Unicode string format such as "度量". But in current web page, if I clear the Search textbox and re-keyin that keyword, I will successfully find my apps. And the non-English keyword actually works fine in computer other than mobile. Please help me ASAP as this defect interferes with my attempt to introduce and sales my apps. Thank you in advance.

...And the keyword auto-changes into its Unicode string format such as "& # 24230; & # 37327; " I think non-English keyword does not work in Amazon.com at FIRST time. And this should be a general problem, not only a case of myself.

Hi Dave, I copied and pasted "Smart度量衡单位换算器V2.3" in Silk in Kindle HDX 8.9 and hit search button and I got the results back in first time. Did you mean the key words have to be typed in through a localized key board? Is that reproducible also while searching from a PC browser? Also, is it happening for a particular app? Please write us the exact steps to reproduce the issue. Did you find the problem with any special unicode special chars eg. é,è,ë etc?

Hi Sujoy, Thanks for your reply soon. I do not mean a localized key board. In the default web browser of my Samsung Note3, I failed to search any matches by keyword "Smart度量衡" in first time. But in that failing page, I will succeed after I clear and re-type the keyword to search again. And this defect will never be reproducible while searching from a PC browser. I have a screen shot. But I don't know how to post the .png to you. Thank you again.

I mean that I can find at least 2 matching apps by "succeed to search matches with the keyword 'Smart度量衡' " .
