Kindle Fire HD 7" (3rd Gen) changes the action bar height.

Kindle Fire HD 7" (3rd Gen) changes the action bar height, but View.fitSystemWindows doesn't get right height of the action bar & notification bar. How to reproduce. 1) install the app 2) rotate device 3) look at DEBUG/SYSWINDOWSTEST fitSystemWindows 4) rotate device 5) look at DEBUG/SYSWINDOWSTEST fitSystemWindows 6) fitSystemWindows has the same value (WRONG) src. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BwI1Ih5jIjZ6VW54X2JlRHhDSzQ/edit?usp=sharing What do I do wrong? How to get the right height of action bar & notification bar?
