Amazon App does not appear to install - possible space issue ?

Hi, One of my amazon apps seems to have various cases where the app SQLite db load does not seem to finish. On some days the problem appears to occur on 50% of downloads so it is a major issue. The app does not then appear to be subsequently used so I believe it has failed to be installed, however I see no crashes reported. What further measures can I take to find out what this issue may be ? Could it be some devices are running out of space eg ? I have raised a case with you a few days ago but have had no reply, and as this is a serious issue I would appreciate some help. Regards

More info : It appears the app only loads ok on 3rd Gen devices. On other Kindles only 10% appear to load OK. Please can you help ?
