App Beta Testers Needed - Please Help - Lots of AppStore Crash Reports!

Hello, I would really appreciate some support. The link to my App on the Amazon App Store is as follows.. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00AZ0RPLW As you can see from my Amazon AppStore postings - I have a lot of negative reviews from people who can't get the app to work on Kindle Fire. However, I just can't seem to reproduce the problem. The app works in all android emmulators. I even recently bought a Kindle Fire HD7 to test (which works fine). My app passes all Amazon tests for all devices when uploaded. I would be grateful if any kind Beta Testers can tell me if the app works works on their real device (and the type of device and any error messages).. I would recommend testing the free version of the App which is identical and can be found here (which also suffers from the same problems).. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00AVPYT8I If anyone can tell me what I need to do to fix this problem I would really appreciate it. Many thanks Brian

My apps got several crash reports, too. At last, I found those crashes resulted from the fact that some controls of Knidle Fire HD 7(3rd Generation) maybe do behave diffrently from any other devices including Kindle Fire HD 7. So, I suggest that you download every kinds of emulators for Kindle Fire devices from Amazon and have a full test on them. Hope this small tip will be helpful for you.

Hi Brian, Thank you for writing to us. And sorry for late response. Can you please raise a ContactUs ( https://developer.amazon.com/help/contactus.html) so that we can retest/review your app to find the root cause of the crashes?
