All Apps Missing

Changed our contact email address -- Now all apps are missing. A dropdown still exists which lets me pick between different deployment console accounts, but no apps exist with any of them. Using the "Contact Us" form has been a laughable exercise in Developer Support telling me to contact Amazon Support, and Amazon Support telling me to contact Developer Support. Could someone please assist?
