Amazon refuse to remove reviews about free coins

https://forums.developer.amazon.com/forums/thread.jspa?threadID=2370&tstart=0 Anyone other than amazon know what can be done to rid these "1 Star, Didn't get my coins" reviews as 2 months after reporting them and weeks after contacting support amazon have refused to remove coin related reviews and have decided that "Reaching out" to customers to ask them to change the review would be a better idea. If anyone could help by looking at some of the reviews and giving there opinions.
