What's wrong? There is not any downloading records for over 1 month ...

Hi, I have several mobile apps on Amazon appstore while they are shown "Live". But there have been not any downloading records for over 1 months even for my full-free apps. And in fact, I did a great deal of promotion for my mobile apps and amazon appstore. So I have to wonder what's wrong? Is the status of my apps out of work? Or some of appstore doesn't work? ...... Thank you for your help.

I understand that for the month of may there is no download of apps regardless of promotion and discounts but Sales report are showing accurate results. use this form to submit your marketing request.
