Does silk browser on the "2012 Kindle Fire" support ssl user certificate authentication?

At this point in time, there is not support for user certification authentication within the context of the Silk Browser on the Amazon Kindle Fire devices. http://docs.aws.amazon.com/silk/latest/developerguide/ssl.html
