it's urgent,but Support Team still didn't reply me

dear Sujoy , the answer is not i need,,i have got approval from google for my app,now i want to reactivate my developer account,but i do not know how to do it?i'll show the approval to who?? Because of my poor english,so i hire a USA people to help me comunicate with you,could you give me your phone number or email address,i'll let the employee contact you directly.
