how to built an apk for 'paid; app?

I would like to sell my app. Please let me know if below step is correct. Commented out the google LVL license check code Do not need to include any amazon library. complied the apk and uploaded to amazon developer center. Set to use DRM and set the price, done. Is above step correct? thanks
