User Authentication

I am looking to develop for the Kindle Fire using Actionscript & have a few basic questions due to the lack of AIR support with majority of API's available. Is there a way to grab User Authentication information? specifically a unique identifier. If so is this done through the Game Circle API? Or through a REST/JSON call to Amazon?

Hi Birnamwoodgames, Thank you for writing to us. It would be helpful if you could clarify the use case for the unique user identifier. At this point in time, there is not a single unique user identifier shared across Amazon APIs exposed to 3rd party applications.
