Native sample with Sound, OpenGL ES 2, and Fire Gamepad support

Hi, I am bringing a C/C++ OpenGL/Direct3D game to the Amazon platforms to raise money for a Charity (to save a public park). I'd like it to run on the Fire machines Amazon are pushing at the moment. I understand there are complicated difficulties with getting sound from the Android NDK stuff, so it would help tremendously if there was a single platform sample program out there I could use as the basis for the port. The heavy lifting is done in existing C/OpenGL code, but it seems I need a java wrapper to access the APIs, and I will need an Amazon-Fire-friendly base xml file to work from. Has anyone seen a sample app I can use as a base? Something that includes NDK, Sound, OpenGL ES 2, and Fire Gamepad support? It does not seem unreasonable, since these are the minimum requirements for any C++ game, but I can't find anything to fit the bill. Thanks, (the game exists but I wrote it to run on blackberry10 native and Windows Metro (because I am an idiot!), so no Android yet)
