App Approval - issue resolution

Hi, I am still waiting for feedback from Amazon on discrepancy of test/results for my AirBuddy App. Can you please review my earlier emails/communication and respond ? Specifically - 1. For some test results, the behavior is as expected and not an issue, IMHO. 2. For some tests, the expected result was misunderstood by the tester and app is behaving as expected. 3. For some issues, I need your guidance to help resolve. Please expedite and help. Thanks. -Dipendu.

Hi Yes, the response came yesterday afternoon. I resubmitted yesterday evening with necessary fixes as was asked and this morning I got another email with 3 issues. - 1 of these was already marked non-issue by Amazon - so I don't know why it comes back again. - 2 new issues IMHO are app acceptance/approval related on Amazon side - these could be solved without making any changes to app code and simply by Amazon approving the app for Fire TV. I have already replied back with my feedback on each issue - could you please review and advise of next steps ? Thanks. -Dipendu.

Hi, Any Updates on this ? It is very frustrating having to wait 24 hours and more just to get a response in this digital era. At this stage, when it is almost a month since my original app submission, I would appreciate if you could assign "someone" for direct discussion with me on email/phone instead of submitting responses to a website form using a case number and waiting indefinitely for a response. This is an app that is already available on Google Play for quite sometime now with a large user base. Please help resolve the issues.

Hi Dipendu, Regarding the 3 issues that you recently raised. These are no longer blocking issues with your app. If you have resolved the other issues that we have pointed out, please resubmit your app for further testing.
