App update not going live

My app was approved and I have an update I have been trying to get live for a week and I've submitted it 3 times but after about 24 hours it goes back to "Pending Action" and the submit button is enabled again. I haven't gotten any emails from Amazon about testing failures, nor do I see anything in the application tabs or in my notification center. I've used the contact us 3 times and have not gotten any response. How do I find out why my app is not going live? The app is HMDB.

They may be having some issues. The past couple days my app has been alternating between "Pending" and "Congratulations!" in the Developer Select line. And some of the meta data changes that should have gone through days ago seem to have just gone through. Not to mention the fact that the first 6 days my app was up it had no screenshots or app icon.

Hi Jon, Below is the issue that was already reported to you through. Device - Amazon Fire TV Game-pad:Fail Remote:Fail Observation(Game-pad/Remote):App does not capture Audio Focus at the time a video is played. To avoid any possible audio clash, app needs to capture audio focus when video content is played. Steps to reproduce: 1.Install and launch the Pandora. 2.Install and launch HMDB. 3.Play any video. 4.Observe: There is a audio clash between Video and Pandora music. Observation(Game-pad/Remote):App displayes blank screen. Steps to reproduce: 1.Install and launch the app. 2.Play any video. 3.Press Home button. 4.Re-launch the app again. 5.Observe: App displayes blank screen. Observation(Game-pad/Remote):Videos cannot Fast Forward or Rewind using any buttons other than media buttons on gamepad. Media buttons should be mapped to controller inputs as third party controllers may not possess media buttons. Steps to reproduce: 1.Install and launch the app. 2.Play any video. 3.Observe: Video can't be FF/RW other than media buttons. Please fix these issues and resubmit your app. Thanks.

How was it reported to me? I have not found anything in my email or junk mail, nor did I find a place in the developer console to find this information.

I submitted to that form 3 times and have not gotten any response.

I can not find any case that is submitted from the account you are using in this Forum. Also, I do not see any app associated with your account. Can you please provide the case id? Thanks.

You found the results of my testing and posted them in this thread, so you had to have been able to find my app. I never saw a case ID as I never received an email.
