How to "target" an app for FireTV device

Hello, I was hoping someone had some experience with targeting amazon apps for the Amazon Fire TV device. I have uploaded the binary and where it asks what devices this App supports I choose all of them including FireTV. I also read the notice that appears once you choose FireTV and I make sure to click the certify button within that box. We have gone through the submission process and have been approved however we are not appearing on FireTV and we received a notice on our developer console that our APK was "Not targeted for the FireTV Device". Am I missing another important step? We have tested this on FireTV and the app runs great! Thanks in advance for any advice you all can provide!

As a quick side note I did notice this: When I look at my binary details on the Amazon developer portal I notice that the SDK reads "14". In my manifest file I have the following line: Does the Amazon system recognize this? As this is currently configured our game should work for all devices that support SDK version 14 to 19 (perhaps this is a parameter that Amazon does not support?) but on the Binary page of our developer console it only reads 14. Since the FireTV requires SDK 17 I thought perhaps this would be the problem?

Thanks for getting back to me! I did get that email and I responded to it however it did not seem related to the issue of our app "not being targeted to FireTV device". In any case I responded to that email and provided a quick walk through video of the flagged issue as well. Thank you for your time!

The latest version of your app is compatible with Fire TV. For your original question, you can explicitly select the target device as Fire TV while submitting the app. Thanks.
