App "Overrides native user experience", but only native UI elements used.

I received a response that my app was not approved because it "overrides the native user experience". However my app was built using only a few basic native UI elements. When I contacted support I received the "We have noted your case number and app name, and if we do have additional information, we will reach out to you directly by reopening this case", which means this forum is probably my last avenue of support. Can anyone tell me what could possibly be meant by my app overriding the native user experience? It's just a simple web browser that has 2 buttons, 1 webview and built in support for the fire tv controllers. Thanks!

I received the exact computer generated response with absolutely no explanation despite the app store currently advertising at least five apps of similar functionality. "Your app overrides the native user experience on Amazon devices. Therefore it has not been published on our devices." https://forums.developer.amazon.com/forums/thread.jspa?threadID=4595&tstart=0 Myself having waited for over two months now for either a clarification response from a direct 'contact us' or even an update note within the forum post has gone unanswered. Very unprofessional.
