For some reason, my mail box could not receive emails from Amazon so I don't know how to reopen the case "220325981"... If possible, please help to void and reissue checks before July 4, 2014 asap. Hi, thank you for your quick reply. I have contact Amazon team via the Contact us form you sent. Hopefully, this time this can be fixed. BTW, do you know why we can not receive emails from Amazon? What could be the cause?
